How It Works

1. Preliminary Estimate: Complete the Trade-in Questionnaire below. We’ll review it and send you an estimate of what we think we’ll be able to offer you for the devices based on their models and description.
2. Audit: We’ll send you labels and, if needed, packaging supplies to ship the equipment to us. Our team will then examine and test the devices to ensure we’re offering you the most accurate value.
3. Official Offer: Complete the Trade-in Questionnaire . Once submitted, we will evaluate the details and furnish you with an estimate outlining the anticipated offer for your devices, considering their models and descriptions

Referral credits are given to the existing customer for any devices purchases by the new referred customer during the referral period*.

*Referral period is one year (365 days) from the Referral Program Form submission date.
